Jerome Grant

Chef Jerome Grant visited Dubai for our fourth and final program, accompanied by Chef Armani Johnson. Chef Jerome’s visit focused on an event at the U.S. Consul General’s residence, hosted for local chefs from around Dubai. Chef Jerome showcased his Filipino soul food for the guests and had the opportunity to interact and meet high-profile chefs working in Dubai from around the world.

Chef Jerome also performed a live cooking demo at the open-air Citi Rocket Stage at the USA Pavilion and spent a day at ICCA culinary school, teaching one of his favorite recipes and also sharing his personal journey and career advice with the students.
